The history of Halloween is 1000’s of years old and has been traced back to The Celts in what is now known as Great Britain and Northern France  celebrated their New Year on the 1st of November which coincided with the end of the harvest and summer, traditionally they used to take to the streets in costumes of skins and heads.

The when the Romans invaded Britain the adopted the festival and later on in time it became a Roman Catholic festival on which the church celebrated the saints on the 1st of November and the rest is as the say, history.

Today many people celebrate Halloween purely as a fun holiday, a time to escape the often harsh reality of life and an opportunity to let your imagination run wild again for a little while and being whom ever you want to be, just like we could imagine and play when we were kids.
